Though not as chewy as it's OB counterpart, the Signatory does not disappoint.  It's bright and accessible---and could serve as a great intro into the world of single malts.

Body	Gentle, Rounder than the OB
Palate	Light Smokiness, Malt, Toffee
Finish	Lingers, Sweet
Comment	Flavor is there but the intensity of the OB is not
